hmmmm... my final project'll be done in group consists of 5 members which are taufiq, reza, juwairiah, ling ling and myself.. we're already decided to do it on the title " The Sony Mouse".. so, each of the members are already given their own task and mine is doing the introduction of the product..
The mouse is one of the hardware of computering, it's called USB which is functioning in the system busses. It appear in two gender, male and female mouse. The different is the male mouse don't need the mouse pad to be functioning. so, the Sony mouse that we're discussing are having transparent housing which is giving a very cute and beautiful lighting effect which are blue, red, purple and green. It's it tiny, just 2 in width, 1 in thick and 3 in long. it's available in the transparent housing which is means it's having no color. So it's very practical and can be used everywhere easily. It have to be connected to the computer via the USB port or any additional USB hub. The mouse have three main parts: the roller, the click button and the sensor.

The roller is a pointing device consisting of a ball house

The roller is use to roll the page on the screen up and down.
The roller have only two axes that is to roll up and down by

For this final project, my group, which formed by 4 people, Ryu, Heng, Sae Lim and me, is going to exhibit a printer. The printer's model is Canon PIXMA MP145. The part that i'm going to explain about is scanner part of a printer.
Scanner
Scanner is a part of a printer to scan and print out the thing we want to. Scanner is used to scan images from books, notes, or photos. Scanner, is using a optical light to scan, and converts the image to digital image. The scanner type is flatbed, and its scanning method is CIS. The Scanning Resolution has 2 types, Optical resolution & Interpolated resolution. The maximum resolution for optical is 600 x 1200dpi and the maximum for interpolated is 19200 x 19200 dpi. The Scanning Bit Depth for grayscale is 16bit/8bit and for colour is 48bit/24bit. The scanning speed for grayscale is 1.6ms/line and for colour is 4.7ms/line. The Maximum Document size that can be scanned is A4/LTR. The scanner will scan the images and then transfer the data to the ink cartridge and the ink cartridge will start to print the images.

regarding on the final project my group have decided to exhibit "sony ericsson c905" as our product. Our group consist of 4 members which are Azwan,Fazleen,Syuhada,Zalina n myself. We've shortlist few products and after few discussions among our group members we've decided to choose this multifunction handphone instead of laptop,printer and digital camera.
Furthemore, each of our group members has been given their own task to present during the exhibition day. There are the introduction that'll be my part,3 part of main points and the conclusion part.
The c905 cyber-shot phone is one of the best cyber-shot phone by sony company nowadays that that has been introduce to the public on october 2008. The handphone is categorised as camera phone with multifunction use suitable for nowadays usage which that people want the technology anytime and anywhere at their fingertips. hello..my final project title is actually "Sony Optical Mouse"..(mind the word "optical" there balqis n ling2..hehe)..members of the team is me, reza, ling2, balqis and Ju.. well i am going to explain one of the main part of the mouse which is the sensor.
The sensor is the inner part of the mouse which detect the reflected light from the LED. The purpose of the sensor is to detect the movement of the mouse and send it to the computer to move the cursor on the screen.The sensor is made of complimentary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and the material is silicon. CMOS circuits use a combination of p-type and n-type metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistors.This sensor is actually connected to one red light-emitting diode (LED) that bounces light off that surface onto it.

The communication of USB using is USB-B or Standard-B Plug in this printer. Standard-B plug has a square shape with beveled exterior corners. The purpose of USB communication is communicate between printer and the computer... It help to deliver the information from the computer to printer, and lastly print out the information.Beside , it also can act as network printer that can serve as a hard copy device for any user on the network.

For this final project, my group is going to exhibit about Canon Pixma iP1800 Printer, and i'm going to explain about ink and cartridges(main part 1).
An ink cartridge is a cartridge that contains ink and can be replaced, when needed. Ink is an essential element of the Printer. Without the ink, you can only have a print out of clean, blank papers. So, to view your creation or your work as a neat hard copy, you surely acquire one.
This Printer is an inkjet type, which has 4-colour ChromaLife100 System. The 4 colours includes black, yellow, cyan and magenta
The inkjet technology used in this printer is Canon FINE (Full-lithography inkjet Nozzle Engineering). An cartridge ink, which usually contains 11ml of ink,prints up to 219 pages. The cartridge is refillable. A refill kit of 21ml is available for black ink, and as for colour ink 27ml one is there. Once you feel that your cartridge's ink level is low, you can just open the main cover, press to take out the cartridge, and fill with the ink. The cartridge tank is situated just below the cover.

For final project, my group consist of 5 ppl(me, uma, sarves, shalini, asha) is going 2 exhibit a printer. It is a Canon IP1880 and comes in a stunning black colour...
I will b presenting the conclusion in my group...
First, the users must plug in the usb and power cable to computer or laptop. Then, the users can press the power button that acts as a physical control to switch on the printer. Once the printer has been switched on, the users must check the ink level of the printer first. If the ink level is low, then the users can replace the ink cartridge or they can simply refill the ink into the cartridge to cut cost. After that, the users have to load some papers into the printer tray. Next, the users need to click on the print tab in the computer or laptop to print the documents that they want to print. The users can also choose number of documents they want to print by clicking at the printing properties. A few seconds later, the documents are printed succesfully. Lastly, the users must press the power button to switch off the printer and plug out the cables from the computer or laptop.
My final project title is "Sony Optical Mouse". The members of my group are Balqis, Ling2, Reza, Taufiq and me. we've already discuss and i'm going to do about main part 2 which is button of mouse.
A mouse button is a push button on the mouse. The function of button is to give a command when we push down the button. It is transparent and located on the top of mouse. There are two buttons which is on both left and the right side of the mouse. This button is connected to infrared sensors.

For this final project exhibition, my group is going to exhibit a handphone Sony Ericsson C905. My group members are Afiq, Azuan, Fazleen, Suhada and myself. We'd decided to do this product after we'd discussed with our beloved English lecturer, Madam Noli..
I'm going to do the main part 1 which is battery. Standard battery of this handphone is Li-lon 930 mAh (BST-38). Most modern cell phones, laptops, and most electric vehicles use Lithium-ion batteries. Contrary to some recommendations, these batteries actually last longest if the battery is not fully charged; fully charging and discharging them will degrade their capacity relatively quickly.
You reveal a standard BST-38 (930 mAh) Lithium-Polymer battery when you remove the battery cover. Sony Ericsson claims it’s good for 380 hours of standby on 2G networks (360 hours on 3G networks), or up to 9 hours of talk on 2G networks (4 hours on 3G networks). Having used the built-in WiFi functionality on daily basis, it’s hard to say whether or not this is true, but based on my experience with the handset I dare to say its battery performance is not as excellent as Sony Ericsson wants it to be. On average I got about 2½ - 3 days out of the battery, which is considerably lower than I usually get with other Sony Ericsson phones.

tray is the part where it loads paper to be printed out. it holds the papers,cards or anything that need to be printed out.the input tray is simply a lid at the top which accomodates up to 100 pieces of plain paper. the printer lacks an output tray so the user should make sure they place it on a ample space to collect printouts. otherwise users have to constantly pick up the printouts that have scattered all over the floor.the documents that need to be printed out will be transfered through the usb and then will be printed in the A4 paper.

The speaker of this c905 cyber-shot phone is just small speaker, located at the top of the phone. The speaker is an adjustable speaker volume where it
can be mute in order to avoid the other party to hear the conversation. With this specification,the users can listen to the music by using the in-phone media player.However just several file formats are supported in order to enable the user to listen to the music from the speaker.As the speaker is just small, the sound which comes from the speaker is not too loud.

i'm sure that all the music lover are much prefer in using headphones rather than using loudspeaker..
so..headphones will gonna be the major products in our exhibition..
headphones are electrical devices that transfer acoustic-electric into sounds..and use by the users by putting them on the head and connect them to the media player or receiver..
my part in presentation is doing the introduction..so i must start our group presentation with such interesting intro..ermm..how i'm gonna do that?? : )
By the way..the main parts for the headphones are earphones, microphone and headband connector...
earphones are important for transferring electrical signals into sound..while microphone is important to transfer soung(users voice)into electrical signals received by the media players or receivers..
all these main parts are working together to perform their function as the name..HEADPHONE..

for my final exhibition,my group members that are fatin,shida,sieha,faizah and also myself will present about a SALAR headphone.i'm going to explain about the main part two that is a headband connector.
the headband connector is a thin flat strip of flexible material that is worn around or over the head.it joining the ear pieces of the headphone with an electrical cable that interconnecting the ear pieces.the headband creates an electrical cable between the ear pieces(the left and the right ear pieces) for the same efficient functions.this SALAR headphone has a flexible headband connector.for an example,when the user want to use this headphone,he must put the headphoneover his head.in order to do that,the user can stretch the headband connector so that the headband opens up sufficiently to allow the user to place the headband comfortably over his head.besides that,this headband connector also adjustable.as we know,not all of us has a same size of head.one of the advantages for the user when his using this headphone is the user can simply adjust the headband connector according to his size of head.this can be done at the right and left of the ear pieces.so,this can make the user feel more comfortable with it and enjoy when using this headphone.

for this project exhibition my group will be presenting Salar headphone as our product.My group is consist of 5 beautiful young ladies which r seha,linda,faiza,shida n me myself.hihi..i will be presentin main part 1 dat is speaker of da headphone.The speaker has 40mm diameter n 32ohms impedance which afford to produce a good sound..besides,a sponge coated to da speaker will definitely comfort da user when using it..speaker is a very important part of da headphone as it is a medium 4 electrical energy is converted to sound energy..i'am sure diz model would satisfy user as a device 4 listening 2 the music or connecting to other..lastly,a good headphone would bring a better day.ahaks..dats ol tq.^^

i'm going to explain about main part three which is the mirophone...
the microphone is also known as mic/mike...it is an electro-accoustic transducer that convert the sound into electrical signals that is functioning as the medium of a user that connect to another...it is a medium that detect the sound from the users..then, it vibrates in response to the sound pressure..after that, it will subsequently translated into an electrical signal and sent to the receiver..the microphone dimension is small that is about 6.0 x 5.0 mm...it is adjustable with the spring connect it to the other part of he headphone..it is low impedance that is less resistance..the lower the impendance the better the microphone..
every headphone only have single microphone only..
in order for the microphone to work, we have to attach its wire connector to its input plug..we can recognize its wire and input plug by see the symbol of microphone on it or by its colour that is red in colour..

Let me share it with you..
First at all,you must know what type of wire connector that your headphone have...like our salar A61,it have two wire connector...one earphone wire connector and one microphone wire connector...so you must make sure that we plug in the wire connector at same functional hole of your gadget...how can we know the type of wire????it show a symbol at the wire...and gadget too...just plug in...
and you surely can use the headphone...like my laptop ...it show a message box that show you had plug in a jack...now,you just wear the headphone and activate your self with music...
i know half of ump student enjoy using ovo...so u can use this headphone to connect with one another..ummm dont forget about your lover...hahahaha..
