Here are some junk food facts that help you understand the harmful effects of eating them. Some of them are long term while others are short-term effects.
• Lack of energy:
This is known as a short-term adverse effect resulting from eating junk foods. As junk foods don't provide you with essential nutrients, even though they can be very much sufficing, you feel weakened. Consuming deficient nutrients could be as a supplement.
• Poor concentration:
This is another result of junk food habit. These are traced to affect in immediate and medium term periods. When you have a sumptuous junk meal rich in oil you feel drowsy and fail to concentrate. Over sustained periods of junk food eating, blood circulation drops due to fat accumulation. Lack of vital oxygen, nutrients and proteins particularly can stale your grey (brain) cells temporarily.
• Heart Diseases:
Junk food diet is a major cause of heart diseases. Myocardial infarction (a sever heart failure) is due to plaque formation in arteries which demands heart to put in extra effort to pump blood on the down stream. On the up stream, there is lack of returning blood to heart. This causes two damages to heart - heart fatigues by the continuous extra effort it makes and it suffers oxygen supply. The onset and remedy both take a long time and a great determination to win.
• High Cholesterol
Apart from forming plaques and constricting arteries, cholesterol also affects liver where it is metabolized. High cholesterol from junk food and diet strains liver damaging it eventually. This is a long term effect.
Well, the reason I choose this article is that I am one of its big fan. As a student, we all want something that is simple and easy to prepare. Therefore, almost all of the students prefer to eat junk food rather than healthy food without considering what the junk food harm to our body. So, with this article I hope it will realize the student how dangerous the junk food is and will make those who love junk food a lot just like me will minimize the intake and if possible avoid it.

Good Day,
I've just read about an eating disorder. It is called "anorexia nervosa".

Anorexia nervosa is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes an eating disorder, characterized by low body weight and body image distortion, with an obsessive fear of gaining weight. Individuals with anorexia are known to control body weight commonly through the means of voluntary starvation, purging, vomiting, excessive exercise or other weight control measures, such as diet pills or diuretic drugs. While the condition primarily affects adolescent females, approximately 10% of people with the diagnosis are male. Anorexia nervosa, involving neurobiological, psychological, and sociological components, is a complex condition that can lead to death in severe cases.

The term anorexia is of Greek origin: a (prefix of negation), n (link between two vowels) and orexis ( appetite), thus meaning a lack of desire to eat.

"Anorexia nervosa" is frequently shortened to "anorexia" in the popular media. This is technically incorrect, as the term "anorexia" used separately refers to the medical symptom of reduced appetite (which therefore is distinguishable from anorexia nervosa in being non-psychiatric).

Nowadays, you can see mostly young girls will be having this eating disorder. the desire to have the super model body shape has become a dream to each and every teenage girls in the world. therefore, they starve themselve due to having the mindset that dey will obtain the perfect shape. little do they know that it will actually bring harm to their body.

So, eat healthily and live healthily.

Well this is something about Procrastination i read from an article couple days ago.

Do you put off important work until the last minute? So do I. That makes us both procrastinators.

Maybe i should skip out those boring facts about how big is the influence about Procrastination.
I will show you how it`s classified.

According to Dr. Sapadin's taxonomy, there are 6 different types of Procrastination.

Perfectionists -- They want every project to be perfect, and this often causes them to be frozen in fear that they cannot meet such an unrealistic goal, even though they set the goal themselves.

Dreamers -- These people suffer from magical thinking. "It'll all work out," they say, while they do nothing to advance their goals.

Crisis Makers -- They often say they do their best work under pressure, but more accurately, they prefer uproar and crisis to do any work at all.

Worriers -- Their fears consume their thought processes and prevent any real work being done, as they imagine and dwell upon every possible scenario for disaster and failure.
Defiers -- These people may resent the assignments in the first place, and retake control over their lives by refusing to do the work in a timely and cooperative manner, or at all.

Overdoers -- Also known as "the pleasers," these people can't say no, and so take on more and more responsibility without any reasonable expectation of being able to deliver on their obligations.

One of the more fascinating findings in the research literature about procrastinators is that time-management training doesn't really help. Procrastinators know perfectly well how to manage time; they just don't want to do their work that way!

So procrastinators have to change their thinking, rather than improve their knowledge of time-management techniques.

Finally, out of six types of Procrastination, how many you are in?

recently, i have read an article on newspaper about loan shark in malaysia. This matter have been talk for years but there is no proper action taken from the responsible authorities to settle this matter. It seems that this matter cannot be settled since people still support this kind activities by having loan from them although almost every month there will be a case involving loan shark in media. But it is not all the fault in our citizen itself. Bank role as the place where citizen should apply their loan also have to take as reason why most of our citizen go to loan shark to apply their loan. The process of making loan at most of the bank is most likely take a long time since applicant needs to have the money in instance. As a result, applicant take a short way to apply their loan through loan shark which is much more easier. Government also have to play their role in some sort of law enforcement so that there will be a proper action taken to the loan shark as they were acting beyond the law of this country.

Here i want to share with you my reading on most common type of cancer that most human suffers from, Skin Cancer. In fact, number of people suffering from skin cancer in the biggest countries in world like United States, UK and Australia seems to be growing higher and higher than the number of people suffering from any other type of cancers. Most common reason why the skin cancer is not recognized in the early stage is because the symptoms of skin cancer seem to be very normal and one can confuse them with any other skin related problems.

Skin cancer is basically caused due to over exposure to the ultraviolet light that is a part of sunlight or sun beds and also some other sources. People endowed with highly fair skin are at greater risk of skin cancer as fair skin burns easily. As the skin cancer is very slow growing, in most of the cases exposure to any such melanoma causing substances or elements in early age increases chances of falling prey to skin cancer later in the life. People having high number of moles on skin stand high chances of acquiring skin cancer. Misuse/overuse of drugs containing high level of carcinogenic elements can lead to skin cancer. Exposure to carcinogenic substances/elements like arsenic, tar, creosote and radiation etc. also can lead to skin cancer. If a person had underwent skin cancer related treatment before, he/she stands high chances of
Skin cancer is hereditary. If anyone from your family had skin cancer, then you are at higher risk of acquiring skin cancer.

There are so many treatment that provided to cure from skin cancer such as surgery which involves cutting the skin area which is affected. This procedure may cost more and it will be a burden for patient who are not having taht much of money to do the procedures. So, the most used and cheapest treatments would be radiation and chemotherapy.

This is something i have read from the internet about split personality.

Many people believe, falsely, that having a 'split personality' is the same as schizophrenia. Well, it is not. There are, in fact, important differences. Schizophrenia is the label applied to a group of disorders characterized by severe personality disorganization, distortion of reality, and an inability to function in daily life.

A split personality has nothing to do with schizophrenia, but more with Multiple Personality Syndrome (MPS). This is a psychiatric disorder that causes the sufferer's personality to divide into sub personalities, also known as alters. The alters have their own memory, and don't know of each other's existence. Consequently, the sufferer has episodes of amnesia.

The development of MPS is almost always triggered by severe abuse, including sexual abuse. During the traumatic experience the person becomes dissociated from the experience, becomes 'not there', and an alter personality takes over the pain. For every traumatic experience an alter is created. The alternating of the alters is easily recognized by the changing of the voice of the sufferer.

MPS is one of the most severe forms of defence mechanisms used to cope with extremely traumatic experiences.

Since 1994, MPS has been officially classified as Dissociative Identity Disorder in the DSM-IV as the alters are more identities, rather than personalities, based on dissociations.

As MPS (or DID) is believed to be very rare, not much research has been done. Therefore, not much is known of the prognosis. It is considered that the later the development of the alters takes place, the better. Another outcome of research is the belief that:

... after the age of 50, the alternating of the alters would spontaneously reduce.

The experience gained by research is that sufferers who had re-integrated alters have a better recovery rate than sufferers with still divided alters. The integration of the alters is always accomplished by many years of intensive psychotherapy.

Hello,,
Do you guys out there every wonder what is the true meaning of beauty?? What do beauty actually mneans?? Down below is the defination of what is beauty about.

Beauty is a characteristic of a person, place, object or idea that provides a perceptual experience of pleasure, meaning or satisfaction. Beauty is studied as part of aesthetics, sociology, social psychology and culture. As a cultural creation, beauty has been extremely commercialized. An "ideal beauty" is a person who is admired, or possesses features widely attributed to beauty in a particular culture.

The subjective experience of "beauty" often involves the interpretation of some entity as being in balance and harmony with nature, which may lead to feelings of attraction and emotional well-being. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is a common phrase that expresses this concept. In its most profound sense, beauty may engender a salient experience of positive reflection about the meaning of one's own existence. An "object of beauty" is anything that reveals or resonates with personal meaning.

The classical Greek adjective beautiful was καλλός. The Koine Greek word for beautiful was "ὡραῖος", an adjective etymologically coming from the word "ὥρα" meaning hour. In Koine Greek, beauty was thus associated with "being of one's hour". A ripe fruit (of its time) was considered beautiful, whereas a young woman trying to appear older or an older woman trying to appear younger would not be considered beautiful. ὡραῖος in Attic Greek had many meanings, including youthful and ripe old age.

Overall, beauty really lies on the eye's of the beholder. Different people have different perception on what beauty means to them. (^_^)

Hello..
This is something i have read about laptop.

A laptop computer, also known as a notebook computer, is a small personal computer designed for mobile use. A laptop integrates all of the typical components of a desktop computer, including a display, a keyboard, a pointing device (a touchpad, also known as a trackpad, or a pointing stick) and a battery into a single portable unit. The rechargeable battery is charged from an AC/DC adapter and has enough capacity to power the laptop for several hours.

A laptop is usually shaped like a large notebook with thickness of 0.7-1.5 inches (1.7-4cm) and dimensions ranging from 10x8 inches (27x22cm, 13" display) to 15x11 inches (39x28cm, 17" display) and up. Modern laptops weigh 3 to 12 pounds (1.4 to 5.4 kg), and some older laptops were even heavier. Most laptops are designed in the flip form factor to protect the screen and the keyboard when closed.

today I would like to share with you about something that I read yesterday. It is about albinism..

Albinism is a form of hypopigmentary congenital disorder, characterized by a partial (in hypomelanism, also known as hypomelanosis) or total (amelanism or amelanosis) lack of melanin pigment in the eyes, skin and hair (or more rarely the eyes alone). Albinism results from inheritance of recessive alleles. The condition is known to affect mammals (including humans), fish, birds, reptiles and amphibians. While the most common term for an organism affected by albinism is "albino" (noun and adjective), the word is sometimes used in derogatory ways towards people; more neutral terms are "albinistic" (adjective) and "person with albinism" (noun). Additional clinical adjectives sometimes used to refer to animals are "albinoid" and "albinic".There are two main categories of albinism in humans:

First is oculocutaneous albinism. Oculocutaneous Albinism is pigment is lacking in the eyes, skin and hair. (The equivalent mutation in non-humans also results in lack of melanin in the fur, scales or feathers.) People with oculocutaneous albinism can have anywhere from no pigment at all to almost-normal levels.

And the second categories is ocular albinism. Ocular Albinism is only the eyes lack pigment. People who have ocular albinism have generally normal skin and hair color, and many even have a normal eye appearance.

That's all the summary about albinism from me...Thank you...

I have read an article about the most interesting thing in the world that is PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)..

A personal digital assistant (PDA) is a handheld computer also known as small or palmtop computers.Newer PDAs also have both color screens and audio capabilities, enabling them to be used as mobile phones,(smartphones), web browsers, or portable media players. Many PDAs can access the Internet, intranets or extranets via Wi-Fi, or Wireless Wide-Area Networks (WWANs).
Currently, a typical PDA has a touch screen for entering data, a memory card slot for data storage and at least one of the following for connectivity: IrDA, Bluetooth and/or WiFi. However, many PDAs (typically those used primarily as telephones) may not have a touch screen, using softkeys, a directional pad and either the numeric keypad or a thumb keyboard for input.

Software typically required to be a PDA includes an appointment calendar, a to-do list, an address book for contacts and some sort of note program. Connected PDAs also typically include E-mail and Web support.

An important function of PDAs is synchronizing data with a PC. This allows up-to-date contact information stored on software such as Microsoft Outlook or ACT! to update the database on the PDA. The data synchronization ensures that the PDA has an accurate list of contacts, appointments and e-mail, allowing users to access the same information on the PDA as the host computer.

Today,PDA help many people such as teachers, bussinessman, pilot, and also people with differing abilities based on the particular devices and service.

I would like to share about one article about anemia. As we know that this disease can cause death..

Anemia occurs when blood does not have enough red blood cells or when the blood does not have enough hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is the oxygen-carrying pigment found in red blood cells. Anemia can be life-threatening.

Although there are over 400 different forms of anemia, this health profile will only address the three most common: iron-deficiency anemia, vitamin B12 anemia and folic acid deficiency.

Anemias can also be caused by such conditions as external bleeding, chronic disease, pregnancy, alcoholism, bleeding disorders, infection and hereditary conditions.

Anemia is diagnosed from the patient's symptoms and by a blood test that measures the level of hemoglobin in the blood, as well as substances such as folic acid, bilirubin and vitamin B12. Additionally, the size of the red cells provide further clues to the type of anemia.

Other methods of diagnosis may include a bone marrow biopsy, which is the removal of bone marrow for further examination under a microscope.
Bone marrow biopsy is helpful in diagnosing vitamin B12 anemia. Some dietitians suggest that the doctor also check for levels of ferritin in the blood of premenopausal women. Ferritin is a protein that stores iron before the mineral circulates in the bloodstream.

I think that all about this disease information..Thank you..

I have read an article about the most interesting thing in the world and make more people crazy to it...that is about FIFA World Cup and of course all people know about this.

The FIFA World Cup, occasionally called the Football World Cup, but usually referred to simply as the World Cup, is an international association football (also known as soccer) competition contested by the men's national teams of the members of Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), the sport's global governing body. The championship has been awarded every four years since the first tournament in 1930, except in 1942 and 1946, due to World War II.

The tournament consists of two parts, the qualification phase and the final phase (officially called the World Cup Finals). The qualification phase, which currently take place over the three years preceding the Finals, is used to determine which teams qualify for the Finals. The current format of the Finals involves 32 teams competing for the title, at venues within the host nation (or nations) over a period of about a month. The World Cup Finals is the most widely-viewed sporting event in the world, with an estimated 715.1 million people watching the 2006 tournament final.

In the 18 tournaments held, seven nations have won the title. Brazil, the only team to have played in every tournament, have won it a record five times. The current World Champions, Italy, follow with four titles, while Germany hold three. The other former champions are Uruguay (who won the inaugural tournament) and Argentina with two titles each, and England and France with one title each.

The most recent World Cup Finals were held in Germany in 2006, where Italy was crowned champion after beating France in the final. The next World Cup Finals will be held in South Africa, from June 11, 2010 to July 11, 2010, and the 2014 Finals will be held in Brazil.

Assalamualaikum...
This is about some story that I read from message that was sent by my friends last month and it is the real story that was happened around us.I hope we can beware every time and every place that we go.

(1) Today I passed by a building which has an ATM machine. There
was an old man looking at me and suddenly called me. He said he doesn't know how to read, so he gave me an ATM card and asked me to help him take money from the ATM machine. I answerd him 'No!! If you need help, ask the security to help you.' Then he said 'nevermind..' and just continue to find other people
to help him...
So, remember, ATM machines have CCTV. If you help him, and later he says you have robbed him or stole his ATM card, or even his ATM card wasn't his too. So please be careful for these frauds.

(2) When the house electricity suddenly goes off, seeing from
the windows that my neighbours still have lights, went out my house to check the Meter Box. But once I open the door, a knife was pointing at the door to stop me from closing it. And they robbed and injured us.
So, remember, eventhough your electricity suddely goes off, do not open your door immediately. Look around to see if there is anything unusual or sounds.

(3) This is another story. You think you had heard it before,
but this is slightly different. Its about a girl, she saw a kid by the roadside crying. When she asked the kid, the kid said he was lost and wanted her to take him home. The kid even gave her a paper which he said it was his house address. So she took him home. But when she ring the
bell on the door. She was shocked by pressing the door bell with
high-voltage electric. Once she woke up, she was naked in an empty room.
So remember, being such a compassion person might not be a good thing. Pass this on and girls, especially, please be careful..And don't be too good!!

(4) One day, there was an old lady outside my house holding 2
packets of sweets. At first I thought she was our neighbour and wanted to give us these packs of sweets as a gift. But then when she talk, I can hear that she is a foreigner I guess, because I don't really understand what is she talking about. But I know that she is asking for money. And it just feels that there's something wrong. I immediately closed the door and ignored her.

Thank you...

Assalamualaikum...
This is also about some scary story that I read from message from my friend.I think better I share with you about the story at least we can beware always.

The story is:
(1) I was at the ATM machine to take my money. Behind me, there was an old lady asked me whether I'm able to take my money or not, because she said there's a button might be spoiled, and I don't know since when a small girl came beside me. The small girl was squeezing to my side but I didn't notice, I thought she was just naughty and playful. But then, the small girl put her hand at the hole of the ATM machine where the money comes out, ready to take my money. I felt something wrong and immediately push the small girl away. Then I thought, the small girl and the old lady cooperate together to take my money. The old lady distracted me so that the small girl can take my money away.
So remember, be very careful when you are at an ATM machine and be aleart for anyone suspicious around you.

(2) My parents are retired and they stay at home. One afternoon, there was a young stranger said his motorcycle has no more petrol and the petrol station is too far, it's hard to push themotorcyclefor such a long distance, so he asked my parents for an empty coke bottle to buy petrol. He said he will pay 2, 3 bucks for it. So my mum took one coke bottle for him. He really did took out money from his pocket, but it was a RM 100 note, and even let my mum to find change for him.But luckily my mum was smart, she said just take and go.
So remember, obviously that note is fake!! Who would want to pay for a stupid empty coke bottle!! Its obvious to know that that starnger is a fraud.

(3) this happened in Bali . A newly married couple were having their honeymoon at the hotel. When both are in the changing room, the wife suddenly gone missing. The husband was very anxious and went around to find her. He asked the hotel staffs to help him find her too. Then he thought his wife was just playing hide and seek or wat. So he went back and waited for his wife. After a few hours, he decided to call the police. 3 weeks has passed, there were no news about his missing wife. So he went back and his honeymoon just ended up like that. He was so dissapointed and has no mood to work and so he went to travel to other places. Few years later, he came back to Bali , towatch 'FREAK SHOW' in an old house. He saw a dirty and rusty metal cage, there was a lady without limbs, body including the face, full of scars. When she was distorted on the ground, she gives out a sound of a monster-like voice. when he saw her face, he was shocked. He could not regconise the face anymore, her missing wife's face with a red birthmark.

(4) This happened in Shanghai. Few yeas ago, a girl reported to the police that her cousin sister was missing in the shopping complex. But after 5 years, one of her friend found her cousin sister begging beside one of the street in Bangkok , Thailand . The worst thing is that her counsin sister has no more limbs and her body is tied to a lamp post with a Shackle (metal chain).

(5) Let's just shorten this story. Do not open your house door when you hear some sound of a baby crying. It might be a trap! Women in the house must be alert in these case. The police said it will be a murderer using a recorder with de baby crying sound to attract your attension. These normally happens at night and when you are only alone in the house. Girls, especially, plese be careful.

(6) I read an email that was sent by my friend. Her friend, which is known as A, went to Luo Hu Commercial City with 2 friends, B and C. Luo Hu Commercial City is Shenzhen counterfe it goods distribution center, there are many people there, its also near to the ShenZhen train station and Hong Kong's Luo Hu Port. Its says, C wants to go to the toilet. So A and B waited outside. But then after they waited for so long, they felt weird and went into the toilet to ask her to hurry up. But once they went in, there were nobody inside there. Both were scared as they called C's phone but no one answered. So they called the police. The police asked them whether they had saw anyboby suspicious went into the toilet. Both said there were none and its impossible to bring an alive person with more then 100 kg out of the toilet without them noticing. Then A remember there was a cleaner pushing a trolley in, and then came back out...the police told them this is not the 1st time happening. The police has already suspect a gang of criminals that always attacks the toilet in a complex where many people are. They use cleaners to kidnap or trafficking in human organs.
And lastly remember, please be careful when using the toilet. For anybody, not only girls, boys too. Do not go to the wash room or toilet alone. Please at least have a partner with you.

That's all from me...
Thank you...

Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Together these three make us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug.

8. Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger.
The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don't go for a face lift, just try smiling your way through the day!you'll look younger and feel better.

9. Smiling Makes You Seem
Successful.
Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react to you differently.

10. Smiling Helps You Stay Positive.
Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.

I`m back again with another new topic. It`s about do not eat panadol.

As we know, panadol is paracetmol in its chemical name.It works as pain killer for no doubt. So,the more panadol you take, the lesser would be your threshold for pain(your endurance level for pain)

So,here is a situation, whenever we have a surgery or operation, you will be inject with anesthetic to numb your surgical pain.
Imaging that you have a very high intake of panadol throughout your life either while you were in Migraine or Menstual Cramps,it is very likely that normal general anesthetic will no effects on you as your body is pumped full with panadol and your body is so used to pain killer that you would need much stronger pain killer,Morphine perhaps??

So,here is an effective and safe solution you do when you having headache,100 PLUS.

According to a doctor, whenever we have a headache, that`s because it is due to the electron/Ion imbalance in the brain.

Here`s the recipe, mix the 100 PLUS with drinking water in ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 .

It will solve your headache well.Or you may try to submerge your feet in a basin of warm water so that it bring the blood pressure down from your throbbing head.

Remember do not eat panadol.Think of your beloved one.

I have read an article given from my friend, entitled “Top 10 Tips to Stay Energized All Day” by Monique Ryan. Below are the 10 tips:

1. Start the day right. Yes, that means breakfast. Combine a whole grain with fruit, skim dairy, or soy milk, and even add some lean protein to the mix to sustain energy levels throughout the morning. Cooked oatmeal with yogurt and a banana or Lite Mueslix with soy milk and blueberries are good choices.

2. Have a mid-morning snack. Combine a protein and a carbohydrate. It is fine to be hungry mid-morning, so honor your hunger and give your body fuel when it is asking for it. Try yogurt with a peach, low fat string cheese with an apple, or cottage cheese and grapes.

3. Eat lunch on time. Don't push back lunch until you are ravenous. Instead, eat your mid-day fuel right on time to keep your blood glucose levels nice and steady.

4. Boost your mental energy. Nature's nutrition for the brain are omega-3 fatty acids. Add light tuna or salmon to your lunchtime food choices, in addition to walnuts, tofu, and canola oil. Healthy fat keep you feeling full for a longer period of time, so add small amounts to meals and snacks. Some good choices include avocado and almonds.

5. Start the day with moderate caffeine levels and keep caffeine intake modest. While it does increase mental energy, too much caffeine may lead to energy highs and then lows, and it can interferes with quality sleep.

6. Limit processed foods high in sugar. Avoid the office candy jar, treats, and vending machine whenever possible. Processed foods do not provide sustained energy and can result in low-energy moments during the day.

7. Consume foods high in folate. Higher levels of blood folate have been associated with faster and better thought processing. Good sources include lentils, chickpeas, black beans, asparagus, broccoli, avocado, and orange juice. Also important are vitamins B6, found in bananas and spinach, and B12, found in lean proteins and skim dairy products.

8. Have an afternoon snack. If dinner is late or if you have an evening workout scheduled, fruits, vegetables, and low-fat yogurt provide energizing carbohydrate.

9. Consume complex carbohydrates that contain fiber. The fiber allows the carbohydrates to be released more slowly, providing sustained energy. Opt for whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, and whole grain cereals.

10. Stay hydrated. About two-thirds of our body is water, and dehydration can contribute to reduced energy levels. About 80% of the fluid we consume comes from the fluids we drink, and the other 20% comes from foods. Always drink when you are thirsty, and have water available during the day to hydrate regularly.

Great tips, right? Well, I think that it is best to practice these 10 tips in order to stay healthy for the rest of your life. If we eat without alerting the nutritious fact that contain within the food we eat, then we are keeping ourselves fit as a fiddle. I am sure that most of us have already known about the food pyramid, where it shows the best serving for our daily meal. Just follow the pyramid, and I am sure that we can stay healthy, and it shows when we are in healthy condition.

Assalamualaikum.i love to share with you all my comment about the popular korean drama "My Girl".It was one of the korean drama that was so popular nowadays. The drama is about Seol Ghong Chan,Ju Yu Rin.

In an effort to fulfill his dying grandfather's wish, Seol Gong-chan (LEE Dong wook) searches all of Pan Asia looking for his cousin; the daughter of his aunt which his grandfather had disowned. All leads turn up empty until he finds a doppelganger in tour guide/ hustler/ swindler Ju Yu-rin (SBS 2005 Performance Award Winner LEE Da Hae). He persuades her to pretend to be his cousin so his grandfather can die peacefully knowing that his granddaughter is alive and well.

Things take an unexpected turn as her 'appearance' causes his grandfather's condition to improve significantly and regain his health. Fearful that they both will be found out and needing to keep up the charade, Yu-rin moves in with his family.

From here, things get dicey as Gong-chan has to pretend that Yu-rin is his cousin, his affection for her gets blurred. It doesn't help that his ex-girlfriend, pro-tennis player Kim Seohyun (Park Si Yeon) re-enters his life wanting to mend their broken love and his womanizing friend Seo Jung Woong has set his sights on Yu-rin.

The comedy, albeit, rather cheesy at times, is still fairly entertaining. It's execution is a lot smarter then my initial perceptions that even its slapstick means something and is not just a sight gag. And even amidst the comedy, the serious dramatic moments are never a jolt.

At the heart of the series is this notion of lying to ones self in order to survive. For Yu-rin, lying is second nature, something Gong-chan has not needed to do because everything was provided for him. Add forbidden emotions to the mix and lying and telling the truth respectively becomes more difficult than they realize.

Da Hae's tortured liar Yu-rin would be considered the straight character amidst her wacky 'real' family and the wacky character amidst her straight 'bogus' family. It's an odd line to walk, but somehow Da Hae pulls it off without losing the audiences' attention. Dong-wook's Gong-chan deteriorates from a straight as an arrow dull workaholic to irresponsible, footloose rogue very convincingly. But perhaps the performance prize goes to the Joon Ki's womanizing Jung woong, who gets a taste of his own bitter medicine that continuously eats him up inside.

There is a classic scene where Yu-rin is telling Jung woong the key to become a convincing liar. She picks up a spicy.

The drama was so interesting and it will make us to waiting and waiting again to know the more interesting part in this story..
That's all i can tel you about this story..thank you..

Assalamualaikum and good day to all my friends and to our beloved teacher, Mdm Noli Maishara..
Here, i want to share with you all about the presentation techniques..
"Presentation Techniques"? From the class, we have learned all sorts of presentation techniques, like body languages, eye contacts, use visual aids, get the audience involved and so on. We need to focus on our audiences that tell them what they need to know but not all we know. In my presentation, I wish I can overcome my stage fright so that I can speak with more confidently and fluently to my all course mates. During my presentation, I may use more eye contacts to my audience and try to act relaxing and more naturally in front of them. For my preparation, I have found some pictures and information through surfing internet about the legend person that I going to talk about. Nevertheless, I am also preparing a hand notes for my later presentation so that I can remember what will I going to talk about after one slide. I think we will perform better if we get enough preparation and the most important thing is to be CONFIDENT! If we be confident to ourselves, we will have enough courage to get rid of the stage fright and thus our presentation will sure come off with flying colours…
Thank You...

hey boys...i think u might intereted with this...

behold..

7 Steps to a 6-pack that will get you noticed

Straight to the point,

first step
Train your abs with two types of exercise

try performing a Swiss-ball rollout (mobilization), followed by a Swiss-ball crunch (stabilization).
To do the rollout, kneel in front of the ball with your forearms pressed against it. Keeping your knees and feet in place, roll the ball in front of you so your hips, torso, and arms slide forward. Advance as far as you can without arching your back, then pull back to the starting position.

Second step
Get more from your cardio

In the first session, the men ran at a relatively high intensity—80 percent of their maximum heart rate—for 15 minutes, then slowed to 60 percent for the final 15 minutes. In the other session, they ran the slower part first.

third step
Stay hydrated

Well guys, this one's almost too easy, but drinking plenty of water not only helps you burn fat, but also builds more muscle.

fourth step
Skip the bonus abs routine

You don't need to overwork your abs—they're no different from any other muscle
If you're always in a state of overtraining, you're going to get more laxity in your muscles.

fifth step
Do more total-body exercise

Isolation moves like crunches are great for developing your muscles, but they don't burn much fat. You're better off training multiple muscle groups at once
Total-body exercise burns more calories and also causes a greater release of muscle-building hormones.

So,it is advised to try combination moves, like the reverse lunge to cable chest fly.

sixth step
Get off the floor

This is how you do,
Lie faceup on the edge of a bench with a Swiss ball pinched between your heels and hamstrings. Keeping your abs drawn in, roll your pelvis off the bench and, maintaining the same knee angle, bring your knees toward your chest. Slowly lower the ball. As soon as your back begins to arch on the way down, that's the end of your range of motion. Pause at this point for a few seconds before finishing your set. Try five sets of 15 to 20 repetitions.

final step
Go deep

Abdominal muscles are multilayered, but most men focus only on the outermost layer with exercises like the crunch. So look for moves that work the abdominal muscles closest to the spine, such as the plank. Strengthening these tiny stabilizers will provide a solid foundation to allow your six-pack muscles to grow stronger and bigger.

Try it when you free, sem break perhaps?

But, what kind of movies do you like? Well, I like to watch any kind of movies including Korean, Japan, and etc. here I would like to comment about one of the movies that I like to watch over and over again without getting bored. This Korean movie is entitled “200 Pounds of Beauty”. This movie is an interesting one filled with so much fun and laughter, and not to forget, songs. It is about a big, fat girl, named Hanna, who sings behind stage for a beautiful young lady, Ammy, who lip sync on the stage. Above all, Hanna secretly fell in love with their music company’s director, Sang Jun. After being humiliated by Ammy, heartbroken Hanna went away and no one could ever find her. Ammy could not longer appear on stage and produce new album. Years after, Hanna came back after an extreme head-to-toe makeover to pay back of what Ammy had done to her. Now that she is slim and slender and not to forget, beautiful, she appears with a new identity as Jenny. She auditioned herself to become Ammy’s backstage singer again, but unfortunately to Ammy, she earns her own recording contract, becomes a singer herself and owns her own fans. In the meantime, Sang Jun fell in love with her and realize that she has something in common with Hanna. After too many incidents happen, she finally exposed herself out of disguise. Sang Jun was very disappointed, but continued to support her to sing on stage to fulfill her dreams in becoming a singer and because he finally realizes that he is indeed fell in love with Hanna, not Jenny. Later, she couldn’t sing on stage and decide to reveal herself to her fans. Luckily, her fans accepted it with open hearts and she continues to sing on stage, using her own real identity and appears as a popular Korean singer named Hanna.

Hi.. I would like to share with you all about diabetes...
Do you know about diabetes? There are two types of diabetes. It is type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. With type 1 diabetes people don't make any insulin—a hormone that allows glucose (sugar) to enter the cells of your body to produce energy-and people with type 2 don't make enough insulin or are unable to utilize it properly (insulin resistance). A third of people with type 2 diabetes don't know they have it, and oftentimes people don't learn they have diabetes until they have eye problems, kidney damage, gum or nerve damage.
Today, i want to share with you some information about type 2 diabetes.
Type 2 diabetes develops slowly over a period of many years. In the early stages people may have few or no symptoms.
Symptoms of diabetes may include:

-Excessive thirst
-Increased hunger
-Increased urination
-Fatigue
-Blurred vision
-Weight loss
-Frequent vaginal yeast infection in women
-Gum problems
-Sores that don't heal
-Itching
-Impotence in men
-Unusual sensations, such as tingling or burning, in the extremities
While the risk factors for type 2 diabetes include:

-Age 45 or older
-Overweight-high body mass index (BMI)
-High blood pressure (hypertension)
-High cholesterol
-A history of diabetes during pregnancy (gestational diabetes)
-A family history of the disease
-Physical inactivity
Although there is no cure for type 2 diabetes, there are many things you can do to prevent the disease. Eating a healthy diet, exercising and maintaining a healthy weight can help prevent the consequences of diabetes. A healthy diet includes eating a variety of foods including high-fiber, low-fat, low-cholesterol foods, and whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Any amount of exercise is beneficial, however, 30 minutes five days a week is recommended. And losing excess weight will help your body better use insulin and lower your blood pressure. Losing just 5% to 7% of body weight can delay or prevent type 2 diabetes.
So, be aware with diabetes.

Thank You...

I have read an article about Happy Family.
Building a happy family is very difficult. Because people are unique and regardless of how hard you try to please others, you cannot just cannot please some of them. It is easy to build a tower or a mansion than a happy family.

But how could you possibly make it happy? Maybe give them a job so that they are busy working than making noises. Or put them in a separate homes but one parents in each house. I just cannot think of a wise plan to make a two families happy together. When you say happy means there is peace and comfort at home, not just one time happiness in a party and then cannot get along each other for any reasons. Happy family is close each other and has respect and love each other. How can you love the other parties when you do not want them to be part in your family? Your parents married to a new partner and you as a kid has no choice but to deal with the situation. When can you have a peace in mind and how will you accept the facts? It might take a long time to adopt the new environment you are in. But I do not think that everybody is happy to stay together at all. I bet they cannot wait to run away and start their own family or weak nest.

money!!!!
money,If you think about it, there are really only five things you can do with money:

-EarningMost people have to earn an income some way or another. Some people do this by working at a job, others own their own business, and still others earn their living through more unconventional means, such as investing in real estate or the stock market. Whichever way you earn your money, a key decision in this area is determining how much money you actually need to survive.

-SpendingThe first rule of spending is to always spend less than you earn. The minute you start spending more than you’re taking in, you incur what is called negative margin or deficit. Deficit is different from a loan in that deficit adds continually to your debt and are unable to pay it back. As you keep overspending each month, your debt just keeps growing and growing. Before long, you and your entire family will become a slave to it

-SavingThe extra money you have left over (or should have left over) at the end of each month after paying your living expenses, taxes, debts, and meeting your giving budget is called savings or margin. Your savings should always be planned and regular.

-InvestingInvesting your money wisely is crucial to getting the most return on your time and effort. After all, you’ve worked hard for your money.

-GivingAs with saving, your giving should always be planned and regular. Choose your charities wisely, and make sure they’re putting as much of your money as possible into their primary work rather than miring it all in overhead. It’s also okay to keep some money aside in a contingency fund for those “spur of the moment” donations.

I have read an article about
Benefits of Walking Exercise..

Why walking ?

Walking is the most natural exercise known to man.

Besides this, here are the other benefits of walking ---

1 ) Walking improves circulationCalf muscles are man's second heart. On walking, these muscles pump the blood to the heart with all force. This leads to greater heart exercise, increased oxygen requirement & better blood circulation.

2) Walking is good for the heart. The increased oxygen requirements lead to exercise for the heart. On a long term basis, it leads to a better circulation for the heart. Thus it reduces the chances of a heart attack.

That way you will easily get minimal amount of good exercise every day. And, as striding becomes a habit, you will soon get more exercise, willingly.

To ensure that you are able to get a reservation, you will want to make your plans in advance.Booking your beach camping location well in advance may also help you get a better camping spot. What many individuals do not know is that many campgrounds allow their campers to choose a specific campsite in the campground.
Enjoy your next beach camping vacation. Make your reservation well in advance and plan your trip with a camping checklist. Assalamualaikum and good day to all my friends and to our beloved teacher, Mdm Noli Maishara..

I have read about forgiveness.
To forgive someone is not a feeling but it is a principle of life.It is a lesson that we must learn and is a life ong lesson. What it says is correct: To forgive someone that you love is easy but it is not true forgiveness. True forgiveness is to forgive your enemy and never hold grudges against he or she no matter what he or she do to us. If we cant forgive some one,it will leads to anger, resentment, bitterness, hatred, retaliation, violence and what is the worse which is murder.
Forgivessness seems to be a very simple topic but very least of us take a deep think of it and we never know that actually all those murder cases,suiciders...all happened because of unforgiveness...

So,we must learn to forgive someone no matter its how unfair to us because truth will be revealed one day...

Thank You...

I have read an article about comic books.
Who says comic books are merely "child's play"?

I'm very like to read comics. My favourite comics is Gempak.

The truth is that comic books are sought after by mature collectors, designers and readers… and if you're one of those who love comics' story lines, their colourful images, their imaginative characters and their nostalgic value, why not get together with like minded people and start a comic book reading club?

It's not such a crazy idea as it might sound, though depending upon where you live, you may have to resolve to initiate an online comic book club rather than one that meets regularly in a public venue, such as at a library or in a community room.

Still, Internet reading clubs are hardly shabby; in fact, many famous authors have been known to "visit" book club blogs, message boards and cyberspace "conversations".

Assalamualaikum and good day to all my friends and to our beloved teacher, Mdm Noli Maishara..

True friendship is seen through the heart not through the eyes'
Friendship is one of those parts of life that we at times take for granted. It rolls off of our tongues as if we expect it to be present in all areas of our lives. But in truth, how many true friendship do we have? Are they true friends?
True friends form a special connection that will weather any storm. True friends understand being human and give the other room to grow. True friends are there even when they are not expected to be present. True friends know and cherish each other’s gift. When you look at your true friends you will uncover who you are. You will see a reflection of your soul and will in turn become educated in the pathway you follow. You will see your world before you and will see without any doubts the truth of your way. You see true friends are simply your self in disguise. By uncovering that disguise you see before your eyes the world you created and the being your have become. Remember, the greatest gift is not found in a store nor under a tree, but in the hearts of true friends-(Cindy Lew). Most people walk in and out of you life. But only friends leave footprints in your heart. So, think of your true friends and be grateful for the gifts they bring to your life.

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noli Maishara Binti Nordin and all my friends.
Hi!today I want to share with you all about GET FIT FOR GOOD. This article I was read in internet when search about healthy. The tips are:
1 Start Small. A lack of free time is one of the top reasons people give for skipping exercise. But if you squeeze in a few minutes here and there, you'll feel great and want to do more. For example, use full shopping bags to do biceps curls when you return home from the grocery store.
2 Treat Yourself. Try this fun trick to motivate yourself: Buy a jar and enough multicolored marbles to fill it, Bach suggests. Each time you exercise, add a marble to the jar. When the jar is full, lavish a luxury like a massage on yourself.
3 Try a Race. Training for an event like a charity walk or run can be very motivating, Anderson says. Not only does it give you a big goal to aim for, but many race organizations also offer training programs that plot out what you need to achieve in the months leading up to the race to be fit enough to finish.
4 Give Yourself a Time-Out. It sounds counter-intuitive, but you'll get stronger from exercise if you rest. Always take a day off after a hard workout or a full-body strength-training session. This day allows your muscles to heal and grow stronger. You don't need a day of rest after moderate exercise like walking.
5 Take Vitamin E. You may prevent pain after exercise by taking a vitamin E supplement daily.
6 Don't Advance Too Quickly. Once you get into an exercise groove, it can be tempting to try to log more miles or lift more pounds. But experts say that it's safest to increase by no more than 10 percent a week. For example, if you can lift 20 pounds 12 times in a row and are ready to try a heavier weight, increase to just 22 pounds. Advance too fast and you risk injuries that could halt your exercise routine altogether.
7 Warm UP and Cool Down. Warming up increases blood flow to your muscles and tendons and prevents soreness. Take 10 minutes to do jumping jacks or any other activity that makes you break a light sweat and then stretch any muscles that feel tight.
Lastly, if you want to become fit must do right way and follow the avoid from doctor.
Thank You.

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noli Maishara Binti Nordin and all my friends.
Hi!today I want to share with you all about the poem "Leisure" has been composed by an American poet William Davies.
Actually, I force to read this poem because I no have idea to give comment but first time I read, my feeling enjoy to read until 2 or 3 times. The summary is he was a wandering poet and singer. He led a life of loneliness and his poetry is marked with truth and simplicity in idea as well as language. As the title of the poem suggests, it is about the availability of time for enjoying various delights of life. These may range from the most ordinary every day pleasure to the extraordinary events. The poet is lamenting over the rush and hurried manner in which we spend our lives. We deprive ourselves of the richness and diversity of life.

The poet believes that life must be enjoyed in a casual leisurely manner. He thinks that we should spend our free time enjoying and appreciating the beauty of nature. We should find time to stand under the trees and look at beautiful objects of nature as sheep and cows do. While passing through the woods, we must pause to se the squirrels busy in hiding their nuts in the grass. We should also stop by streams of clear water glittering like skies at night. We must also find time to see the beautiful glance of a maiden and admire the skill of her dancing feet. We should not miss the beautiful smile playing at her face. In this way we can fill our lives with happiness.

The poet expresses his grief at the fact that modern rush of life has deprived us of many commonplace pleasures. We run around after our material pursuits, so crazily that we get no time to spend in a relaxed manner. He warns us if our life remains full of worries and problems with no opportunity to enjoy its simple pleasures, it will be very miserable life.
That’s all.

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noli Maishara Binti Nordin and all my friends.
Hi!today I want to share with you all about my club was I join in UMP is silat cekak.
I want to tell about special of silat cekak.
Seni Silat Cekak is a Malay art (Seni) of self defence (Silat) which is genuinely original and can be counted upon to preserve life. It is not a style of silat which is ceremonious in nature used for performances at traditional Malay weddings such as Silat Pulut or Silat Pengantin. As such, Silat Cekak does not have any musical accompaniment such as the traditional Malay drum or Gendang and does not perform graceful dance-like movements for public amusement such as Silat Pengantin. In fact, Silat Cekak does not utilize any evading nor side-stepping techniques, whether to the left or right, in combat. It deals with hostile aggression head on. Thus, Silat Cekak is a combat oriented art. It is more to defensive-type of silat because its techniques are 99% defensive and only 1% offensive. This silat does not have any Bunga (Pattern), Langkah Gerak or Kuda-kuda (Guarding Stand). The movements or counter-attacks of this silat are quite unpredictable because it does not apply Kuda-kuda in its movements.
Seni Silat Cekak contains original techniques which have not been altered ever since it came into being as a system of self defence. The system consists of hitting and maiming techniques (buah pukulan) as well as a complete array of body and limb locking techniques (buah kuncian) in its arsenal of fighting maneuvers. Being complete and unique, this form of silat does not use nor imitate techniques from other systems of self defence be they local or foreign.
The fighting techniques used in this system of silat utilize natural body movements based on a sound state of mind and a peaceful disposition. Furthermore, the teaching of Silat Cekak has been simplified and systematized to facilitate easy learning. In effect, a violent and aggressive nature is not a part of Seni Silat Cekak. Only under extreme circumstances where life is at stake will the student of Silat Cekak take the offensive and initiate an attack.
That’s all about my club.I hope next semester you all can join this club. Thank You.

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noli Maishara Binti Nordin and all my friends.
Hi!today I want to share with you all about the poem was I read is "Dance Upon The Wind" The summary is a look at my personal ups and downs of learning to recognizing, and accepting help, love, and support from friends. As well as being a good friend myself.
This poem originally was published in Friendship Poems
Dance Upon The Wind by Intimate Knight

I wasn't looking for it, but some how it came, and found me.
Before I had a chance to react, it wrapped it's warmth around me.
Like a thief in the night, it has come and gone.
I have nothing, but that vision to reflect upon.

Until chance comes again, I'll let my thoughts dance upon the wind.
All day long, in my mind, I walk love's lonely street.
Like a tired man that longs to sit, but just can't find a seat.
Then, there it was again, up ahead, to light my way.

Only to vanish once more, just like all my yesterdays.
Until chance comes again, I'll let my thoughts dance upon the wind.
I don't know where I'm going, and where I've been isn't much to speak of.
I just know my heart is always showing, leading me to some far off love.

Just when I give up the fight.
Here it comes to make the bad things good, and the wrong things right.
Only to leave me lost and lonely again.
Drifting away as my thoughts dance upon the wind.

It has a name, I think they call it friend.

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noli Maishara Binti Nordin and all my friends.
Hi!today I want to share with you all about the poem was I read is Moment in Time. This poem was written to bring to life an experience with a gentleman that passed through my life and left me touched. If I see him again or not, it was a very special moment. This poem emphasizes the important of special moments and to appreciate them no matter how long or short they are.
This poem originally was published in Friendship Poems

Moment in Time by Cynthia Kepp
We talked,
We walked,
for a Moment in Time.

You passed through my life that day and left your mark.
You may never pass my way again,
Or you may stay for a lifetime.

No matter what,
I want to say thank you for the impression you made
that will stay with me for eternity.

I enjoyed the walk,
I enjoyed the talk.
I am blessed for that moment in time.

The first time I saw you I knew you would affect my life,
though your role I did not know.
I asked myself, "Why is he alone?
Why does he sit so quiet, all alone?
Is he sad?
Is he glad to be alone?
Is he alone?
Is he lonely? "
There is so much I want to know.

I asked myself, "Why him?
When so many people pass through my life each day,
why him? "

What attracts me to you?
What makes me want to know more?
I want to know.

Even if my questions are never answered,
There is one thing I want you to know.
I have been blessed by the effect you had on me in that
Moment in Time.

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noli Maishara Binti Nordin and all my friends.
Hi!today I want to share with you all about my zodiac is Sagittarius.
Sagittarius is the ninth astrological sign in the Zodiac, originating from the constellation of Sagittarius. In western astrology, the sign is no longer aligned with the constellation as a result of the precession of the equinoxes. Sagittarius is classed as a positive or masculine, extrovert sign; its element is fire and its quality is mutable. Sagittarius is ruled by the planet Jupiter. Individuals born when the sun was in this sign are considered Sagittarius individuals. Under the tropical zodiac, the sun enters Sagittarius around November 22[2]-23[3] and exits around December 21.[2] Under the sidereal zodiac, it is currently there roughly from December 16 to January 14. People born on these juncture dates would have to have an astrological chart drawn if they wished to determine which sign the sun was in at the exact time of their birth.
In mythology Sagittarius is often associated with either a Satyr or a Centaur . In Greek mythology, centaurs were adventurous, brave, and wise, but they were also given to brawling and uncivilized behavior. Sagittarius is also associated with the Greek god Zeus and sometimes the Greek goddess Tyche, as well as the Norse God Thor.
The astrological symbol for Sagittarius has a dual meaning. The first and most common is that of a bow and arrow. The second and less well-known is that of an arrow lifting up a cross-shaped burden, representing the struggle the Sagittarius faces.
I think this enough to share with you all. May be after this, I will be reading about another article of zodiac. Thank You

Hi everyone!

Today I want to share with you an article about the Istana Sri Menanti, the official residence for the royal family of Negri Sembilan.

Istana Sri Menanti is situated in the royal capital of Sri Menanti, about 13 km from Kuala Pilah and the palace is built between 1902 and 1908. Besides being one of the few last remaining timber palaces in the country, what is also well known about it, which very much surprised me, is that it was constructed without nails.

Another amazing fact is that 99 posts were used in the building’s structure. The four main posts in the middle of the palace are 20 metres high and each post is made from a special cengal tree trunk.

The palace is four stories high and the hardwood timber used in its contruction was extracted from forests in the state. It was designed by two local master builders, Tukang Kahar and Tukang Taib.

The floor plan was drawn in the office of the Public Works Department in Seremban and endorsed in November 1902 by the state engineer and British Residen.

Even though the official palace has moved to a nearby location, the old palace continues to attract the attention of those who drive by this picturesque town, include me. By visiting the palace, I had the opportunity to see for myself the unique building which has no nails been used to constructed the building. For such a feat at that time, it amazes me and I’m very proud to be born in Negri Sembilan. Thank you for reading.

Thank You..

Good day,
today i read about how to have good manners. Manner is indeed important as it show who we are and how well we are brought up.

So in order to present a good impression to others, we need to act like we weren't raised in a barn! It is very difficult to deal with people that have no manners or have no concern for others. One of the biggest societal issues we face today is a general lack of respect for what has been taught in history in regards to human concern and compassion for those we do not know well.

"Good Manners" are indeed an increasingly archaic school of ideas and actions that display respect, care, and consideration. All humans have a basic right to help one another and feel positive about themselves and others around them. In our age of self-satisfaction, cell phone technology and instant internet gratification - it is sometimes hypothesized that we care more for our equipment and high tech gadgets than the very people they are made for.

If we don't have an etiquette resource we should keep reading for more ideas. Consider picking up an etiquette book. There are many available. Some community colleges offer weekend lessons in etiquette and most are open to all ages. Taking a class is a great idea for teens, professionals or anyone looking to make better impressions.

If, instead, we would rather learn from real-world examples - study the positive effects of those who display good manners and how people react to and around them. It's basic common sense that everyone prefers to be treated with a good amount of respect. If we nurture plants, animals, or other humans, not only will they grow and bloom - but we will as well. Outside of material goods - the basic thing we all really own in life are ourselves and our actions.

Therefore, lets all of us practise our good manners and gave a positive look to others.
Thank you. (^_^)
