According to my final project which is Smart Valve Timing Tools,I was responsibility on list the material and survey the cost.Based on my project,the material that I use is not very expensive and easy to get it.The main tools are screw driver and feel gauge.For this two tools it cost are RM5.00 for each one.Then,the other material are iron/aluminum hollow steel,iron/aluminum solid steel.the cost for solid steel is RM15.00 and for hollow steel is RM 10.00.I also see for the serves cost that is RM10.00.So,the total cost for this project is RM45.00.

For this time,I already finish in list the material of the product.The list exactly is for I know what the material that want to use and how much cost on it.After that,I will carrying on my other job.
present work:
After list the material,I now is working on find the material.This is for me to get the exact cost for the tools.this is important in my project because I want to reduce the cost as much I can.So,the price of my product is not expensive and easy to sell it.
future work:
Then,when I finish on my survey of cost for the material,it is my job to buy it.After that,my group and can start to create the product.Lastly,we all will testing our product first to make sure it is successful.

From our group discussion,my specific task on the project is to list all the material needed to make the product and survey the cost.The cost is around RM 15 for now....but in the future it may cost more regarding on some addition to the project.

From my group proposal, this project started on February 2009 and will be completed by 31st March 2009.The project will take almost 7 weeks to completed. My group project is "Smart Jacket". This "Smart Jacket" is design to people have unlimited entertainment not matter where you are or what you do.This project also is design to charge any portable gadjets (handphone,mp3..). Last purpose of my group project is to mobile everyone that is available for any stage of ages.

Due to our Final group innovation and invention project, we have divide the specific tasks among of us. I have been set to handle about surveying the materials and costs, and buying the materials.
I have completed first part of my task that is surveying the materials and costs. I have survey about seven electrical shop around kuantan city. the materials were choose depend on it's cost and quality.
I am currently working on my second task that is buying the materials. So far, I have buy the basic part of the product to ensure that our basic shape of the product will be completed as soon as possible.
Next, I will buy the accessories of the product after the product is fully build.For the last step, I will revise the entire materials and cost to where the deficiencies have become evident during working on other sections.

hello everybody,my group project is rotating hanger.
for my special task,i'm in charge for the assemble and making the product plus i have to do the wiring on the motor which is been used to rotate the hanger.
the wiring on the motor does not give much problem to me except some difficulty to set up the wire to make it look nice with the motor.
while combine the gear with the hanger,they have been some problem accoutered which is the rotating speed is too fast and the joint between the gear and hanger sometime will loose.
after some modification that have been made,the problem accoutered was settle and my project continue whit the next progress which is testing the product.

My specific task is to Design the project.First of all i have to sketch the design of the product before i re-draw the design using AUTOCAD 2008.In this drawing we can see the three view of the project that is top view, front view and side view.

I am currently monitor the other engineer's work to make sure the product follows the design specifications.

This jacket can charge the hand phone and play mp3 player using solar system. My specific task in this invention is I buy the material. First of all, my group must have jacket. I buy the jacket with MECHAPRO Club in Universiti Malaysia Pahang with RM75 using MECHAPRO membership card. The price is RM80 if I do not have MECHAPRO membership card. Then, I need to find the solar plate. It is difficult to find the cheap solar plate. However, I buy 6 solar plate with RM12 per each. Besides that, I need to find charger hand phone at telecommunication shop in Kuantan. The cost is RM50 only. I do not buy mp3 player because I already have the it for myself before. For the last material, I buy the wire with RM2 per meter.
My specific task is to find material to make own speaker using recycle's item...

I have already finish my task. My task just for buy the material and survey the cost. So,we have already all material in our list. For now on, we are in process to build this "Portable Lite USB Speaker". Although my task is finish, I really want to offer for my other group members who need help. It is my pleasure!

In this invention, we already finish 70% before our presentation. We already done wiring the circuit and after testing, it works properly. Then it just waits to fix with helmet.
Present Work
I am currently working on the helmet part. In this part, I have to prepare the space in helmet to keep the alarm circuit. That takes time because I have to choose suitable place to hide the circuit.
Future Work
In this project invention, I have to do the finishing progress. In this order, I have to fix the alarm circuit into the helmet. And another one more time I have to test everything’s are function as well before the invention. Final work on this project includes the finishing work to make the project look nice and functions as well.

I have completed testing the tensile,torsion and compression force that might acting on the cover of this speaker before the speaker was produced.
Present Work
I am currently undergoing to test the heat resistance of the cover of the speaker so that it may not leak when the speaker is operating.
Future Work
Next, i will test the sound quality of this speaker to ensure that the speaker is louder and better than the laptop's external speaker.

SMART VALVE SETTING TOOLS..actually this main idea came from my friend ace..when we first get this task,we dont have any idea what invention should we do..i'm also didnt know why we are late knowing about this project invention..we started in week 7!!..comparing to other class,they already form their group at very first week of this semester..
hmmm,my group have done the project presentation this day..overall,it is ok although miss noli said our group poster a little bit messy..haha..forget it,lets talk about my specific task..
my task is assemble and make a product..for me,it is not so hard doing this task..what i need to make this product are screwdriver,feel gauge,soletape,pen,rubber,plastic hanger and the steel..first,i used to melt the plastic hanger to get the shape i needed..then,i melt the pen to get a hollow shape..this hanger are melted together with hollow pen and acts as a rocker arm..then,using the soletape i combined the steel with the rocker arm..after that,feel gauge were screwed with the steel..the rubber were put at the end of the screwdriver to ensure the screwdriver didn't slide out from the hollow pen..then put the screwdriver inside the hollow pen..lastly,i covered the melted area because its look not so interesting..then,it finish..
this smart tools function basically to set up the right clearance between the tappet at the rocker arm and valve..it is because when we used the old method,it is hard to keep this tools together..beside that,when the tool lose,there are a lot of work to do..it will make the engine overhauling..then,we overcome this problem by created the smart tool which were combined our main tools that is screwdriver and feel gauge..thats all..

for this comment,i want to continue, what my member, Aswat talk about Project Alarm Helmet. I will say with detail about my project.
Project Description
This project is aimed to motorist user. By the way our invention is actually a multipurpose usage so it can be used by all. But as we are designing the product we must have targeted audience and the examples are:
1) MOTOCYCLIST
They always forgot to lock their helmet belt.
In my opinion, this advance technology is more useful for students because they usually travel from one place to another. So this invention can produce benefits to them.
2) RIDE
They always oblivious when ride motorcycles.
In my opinion most of accident happens to the motorcycles user. It always effect to the ride with death case. They still use helmet but didn’t lock their helmet. So, with this invention it can give warning to lock their helmet and protect their head from serious injuries.
3) MOTORIST
Now days, we always hear about motorist accident. They reveal to involve in accident on race track. So, if they use this helmet, they can lock the helmet before they start their racing.

I am currently working on the sections in part2. In the process to survey the cost of the electronic equipment. I also get a list of the shop that sell all the electronic equipments I will use for this project invention.
Future Work
Next, in the sections of part 3. After I make sure the cost of electronic equipments that I will use. I go to Kuantan Parade to buy the electronic equipments. I buy all the electronic equipments like I listing for our project invention. The final report will be ready for your review on April.
Problem Encountered
While doing this invention project, we have some problem in finished this invention. The problem that encountered is;
1. Difficult to found the material for our project invention.
2. We need to borrow the instrument from electrical student.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I would like to state that our project is proceeding well and I hope we can finish the project as Gantt chart.

i actually don;t have the experient about making a speaker with useles thing with low cost but with the guardian and the explain from the designer i complete this work in time...
during the time when i make this speaker i face a problem whichnis the size of speaker does not suitable with the glass..it's so hard to find the most suitable to put the speaker...but i found the solution by using the HOT CUP MEGGI as the substitution of the glass...hiihihih...then i has already finish my work and gave it to my member to testing the speaker.....ok that's all for now...see you again....wslam....

According to my group project..
My specific task is to buy all the material that we need to used in process to make the product. This is the another important step in our project, because if we can not find some of the materials our project will not work properly and the whole project will be useless and my group project will be fail too.
Here is the materials list that I need to buy :
1.Screwdriver - to adjust the screw that suitable on the top of the Rocker Arm.
2.Feel Gauge - to set the clearance between Tappet and the end of the Valve.
3.Hollow Steel/Aluminum - to be the Screwdriver holder that combine with the Bar Steel.
4.Bar Steel/Aluminum - to be combine with the Hollow Steel as the holder for the Feel Gauge.
5.Bearing ball - to be the Lock for the Hollow Steel from slide out from the Screwdriver.
All the cost to buy all the material we used our own money and the cost is very cheap than we thought.

i've complete the which is finding on how to connect the speaker to the USB inside the plastic glass. then i completed the connection. i make sure that the speaker is well connected and no elements of any damage.

next i've to find plastic glass, by using used plastic glass i saved the cost of buying, besides i was recycling these plastic glass for a good cause taht is for the project.

Our invention is a rotation hanger that has duo-function that can lighten the wet clothes to
warm it and it rotation function is to splash the water that are contain in the wet clothes to
dry it up.
This invention idea we got when during rainy day we cannot dry up our wet clothes in
short time, so we try to think the way to dry up our wet clothes quickly and efficiently by
using a minimize space, for example in our own hostel room, so we decide to make that
hanger rotate 360 degree in order to splash the water contain in the wet clothes. Then to
make this invention more efficient we decide to put lamp on this invention in order to
perform as fake sunlight, in order to lighten on to the clothes, to produce heat that come
from the bulb to dry up the clothes.
By using this we apply the First Principle of Thermodynamic that state energy are cannot
to destroy or created but it can transform in another type of energy, example the light are
transform to heat energy to dry up the clothes.
