'Beauty is pain'. i'm absolutely agree with that. this is because when someone who didn't satisfy with their own beauty and wanted to be more attractive, pain is the answer.
i think the difficulties must be faced by those who didn't grateful with their own beauty. its worth to face the difficulties and pain just to be more beautiful.i didn't think the practice especially the foot binding can make people beautiful. but for me, corset is more practicable nowadays and its widely used. thats all...

for me, to harm yourself just because to make everyone impress with your beauty is something so stupid to do. why you have to suffer all the pain and sickness for others? they don't share your pain, they just enjoying your beauty. one should grateful with what they have. woman nowadays also practice a tight diet, doing a plastic surgery and injection and taking all the pills and chemicals for beauty purpose. being beautiful is a credit for a woman but it doesn't worth it if you have to suffer all the pain, hunger, cancers and all those bad effect in the coming years. plus, people always said that your inner beauty is more important than your external beauty. just be grateful with what you have.
'Beauty is pain?'. Do not ask for this question again and again because you know what the answer is. From previous time till now, is not easy to get a perfect beauty. Because of that, many people willing to do the nonsense way to be a beautiful person, for example the foot binding. Although that way is a culture from their grandma, but it is unable to practise caused the effect from using it is for entire life. Do you able to suffer for all entire of your life? So, do not addict to get the perfect beauty untill need to damage yourself. Remember, we look pretty in eyes of people who like us!

based on corset and foot binding articels, I absolutely agree the notion 'BEAUTY IS PAIN'.I think not relevent for us to get beauty if we get extreme suffering or severe physical and mental pain along our life just because only for BEAUTY..
Lastly, I think all person in the world are beauty but we get difference beauty with others. So, no need we change our physical given by God because no body perfect.We must grateful what we have now.

Even this two methods is no longer exist in this modern era,there have another way use for people that seek some perfection in theirself.Liposuction,plastic surgery and botox injuction is widely use today.
Finally,as a muslim we should feel thankfull to Allah because giving us this life and not to futile this life.

Nowadays, many people use everything in their power to make themselves look pretty and handsome. I totally agree with that notion, 'beauty is pain'. In this world, no one is perfect. We must grateful on what we have now. It is not worth for us just to make we look nice and prefect but in the same time we have to suffer from pain. Be yourselves, you must proud to be yourselves.

I totally agree with the notion 'Beauty is Pain'.People have different view in being beautiful.Long time ago,people use corset or foot bindng to be beautiful.Now,because of the development in technologies,we can use botox and surgeries to make us more beautiful.Both now and then methods are painful,but who cares as long as it makes them beautiful and feeling beautiful can make us more confident with ourselves.However,for me,being healthy is good enough to make someone beautiful,and natural beauty is the best way to feel pretty because we can just be ourselves.

After reading comments that have been posted by my friends,most of them are agree with the 'Beauty Is Pain' statement.And for me,there is no reason to disagree the statement.After making research, there is no alternative way to get beauty except throughing pain and patient.If we look back at past, in the early century, many civilization use their appearance to express their beautiful and pride; like corset and foot binding.And they are willing to sacrifice anything including pain; to get their beauty. At that time also, some people are believe in their superstitious and there are no reason to run from it.It can be said their knowledgement at that time are not good as now.Nowadays, people who wants to get beauty are willing to do anything although they know there have bad effects besides having pain after making treatment.It is ridiculous!It is always playing in my mind - why that kind of people are willing to do that? I am so confused.And perhaps they think they can gain beautiful forever?? i definitely agree with the notion 'Beauty Is Pain'. Rationally, people will able to do whatever or anything to make him/herself look beauty. Besides that, people also don't ever mention about either how much costs will it take, or how many difficulties will they get through at all. In other word, 'sacrifice' is the best way to describe it. People will always try their best to look more 'attracting' in case, nobody's perfect. Maybe these kind of methods(corset and foot binding) is not so popular nowadays, but somehow there are still many kind on 'how-to-look-beauty' methods actually such as transplanning, botox, and even transexual!! Actually, not all way to look beauty must deserve pain. But people severly thinks that satisfaction comes first. That's why they rather facing all difficulties to look beauty. In other words, 'no pain, no gain'..

The notion 'Beauty is Pain' makes my mind find the truth of its deep meaning.
Although beauty in physical appearances is everyone's need, it is absolutely insane to risk hurting your body part and feel uneasy for the rest of your one and only life.
Furthermore, the beauty can be reveal in other thousands simple method like eating balance diet, sleep well or even work out in gymnasium.
The metamorphosis of being beauty will cost you extremely undesired thing such as diseases, mental abuse, and soul's emptiness after your freedom being stolen because of your obsession on being the center of attraction.
So, open up your mind to see the beauty in other perspective like career, health, family and of course... your heart.

Every people have their own opinion based on the nation ‘Beauty Is Pain’. For me, I totally agree with this nation. This is because what is the meaning of the beauty if by using corset and foot binding can cause pain to the users. We must know the best way to be a beautiful person without get pain. Beautiful is not only looking from outside only, but it also look from inside (our heart). To be a beautiful person, we not just only wear corset and foot binding, but there are many ways that we can do without get pain. For examples we can do a lot of exercises or eat healthy food. It also can make our face or our body look beauty. The natural beauty is better.

'Beauty is pain'????Many people are suffering because of the beauty.The word of beauty has a lot of definition.It's not only for outside but it's also including inside.A good behavior will make many people like us even though we are not a beautiful person.Several of people would prefer doing something which can make them more beautiful and elegant .They able to spend a lot of money to do make over.They do not think about the effect of the way that they have chosen.I think it does not worth enough for someone to face all problems just to look beautiful.

This is what they want on their beauty. If they are sufffering from the pain, then they must deserve for it! Did you know that one's person beauty is one of the most important part in human. With beauty, you will feel more confident in yourself. Then someone will see you in different angle and you won't be look down!
Like for example, a beggar and a pedestrian, based on their look, if they went to a job interview, the pedestrian will definitely got the job because its look is much better than beggar!

I'm absolutely agree that 'Beauty is pain' There's no reason for me to argue the statement that the beauty is pain. As a human that can thinking rationally, I couldn’t wonder how worst people that willing to suffer the pain and sickness only to looking 'better' than before. After reading both articles "corset" and "foot binding", I totally agree with the notion "Beauty is pain". For me, internal beauty is more important than external beauty. This is because external beauty only for a while not forever. By using corset and foot binding, there are not a right way to look beautiful but we just need to do more exercise and take a healthy food. We need to grateful with what we have. So, as a human, we can think rationally. We can decide which is right and which is wrong.

Personally for me Beauty is more related to a girl or a woman.Beauty become Pain if the person too obsessed to look beautiful while in reality majority people love naturality. She or anybody should keep this in their mind, to look beauty it is no wrong but never do something that could harm youself. It is ridiculous. Why should suffer yourself? Nowadays, many of people are well educated so think wisely before made a decision. Im totally disagree if we say that beauty is pain for NOW.I mean the present time. There are many way to make ourselves look better especially WOMEN , as we know most of them are really obses with getting prettier and more beautiful.
A little make up, go to saloon, and nice dress should do it. =P. But i am agree with the notion if we are talking about the past. At that time, there are not much fashion we can find,and mostly the fashion is more like a culture.

Actually, I dont know what is 'beauty is pain'. A man usually not expert about this topic compare to the others. But, I have something to share that all the things on us actually we borrow from God. In other case, it is a crazy thing that someone who want a beauty likes to feel pain every single minute during the whole life time. Is that person really not greatfull of what she had receives from God?? That's all I know.

In my opinion, human being can’t be satisfied with what they have and what they belong. They are always talking about moving forward being better to looks more beautiful or perfect. But nobody is perfect in fact they try to change what God had given to us. We have to be grateful and luckily with what we have. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won't feel insecure around us.
That’s why I strongly agree with the notion “beauty is pain”, people will do anything although spent a lot of money suffer with pain just too look beautiful. For me, we are not only have to be physically looks beauty because beauty is the gift of God, which strikes everyone’s attention towards it, have a kind heart and filled with humanity is the best beauty for me.
Nowadays, everybody needs beauty because it can make us to be more confidence with ourselves. But try to think out of the box to gain the beauty with no pain, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul. On my opinions, I'm definitely agree with the phrase 'Beauty Is pain'. The reason is, these days, people intend to look beautiful. They don't care if must hold pain to look beauty. They think, as for beauty, pain is nothing and feel worth to have pain for beauty. So much things they will do for example plastic surgery. For me, I don't think beauty is not accepted. We can be beauty, not for the pain. There is way to look beautiful. Also, why don't we just be as we are? Born because of the Almighty. Accept the gift what we had and don't complaint. Maybe the Almighty has meanings behind the scene. So, be patient.

From the article that I have read, it shows that when someone wear corset from the old century and the people from China do the foot binding, there are so many things that can harm the users. Honestly, i don't know what i want to write anymore cause my friend have write a lot earlier.hehe..BEAUTY IS PAIN?? First of all, i'm totally agree with that. For me, it's something silly to harm yourself just for showing pride. It's such a stupid stuff and corset and foot binding from the article are the examples. Every person in this world are beauty. It just we get beauty in different way with other peoples. Being pretty and happy doesn't mean everything is perfect, it means that you decided to look beyond the imperfections. No body perfect, so do grateful with what you have for your own sake..Enjoy life... =)

Nowadays, peoples whether men or women, they have been changes a lot. They are very excited to run after beauty. I don't know why they like it. All god creature that had been created on this earth are beautiful. Many people are still not realize that. They still not grateful yet. Sometimes, they will do anything to be more beautiful than others. Actually, beauty is not important, but what the most important is our piousness.
